The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic has announced the resumption of judicial notifications for individuals and entities based in Venezuela. This service, suspended since March 2025, is now operational again thanks to the reopening of the consulate in Caracas. Concerned lawyers and professionals can once again submit their requests through the usual channels, in accordance with current legislation.
