Twenty Dominican citizens have committed to Russia after accepting technical job offers. The Ministry of Foreign Relations has confirmed that these contracts, written in Spanish and Russian, are individual and limit the actions of the State. Despite this, the government continues its efforts to provide consular assistance to those in difficulty. Alerts have been issued regarding the caution to be taken in response to such job offers.
