Between 2014 and 2025, the share of special education in the budget of the Ministry of Education remained very low, despite education costs for disabled students reaching up to 35 times those of a regular student. A recent report highlights significant variations in investments, with a majority of students with special needs enrolled in the public sector. The need for a tailored approach is emphasized to ensure adequate support.
