The national police are searching for José Alberto Cabrera, suspected of having injured his 13-year-old stepson with a knife. The young boy, who suffered a serious lung injury, is currently in intensive care. Cabrera allegedly first attempted to attack his partner before turning on the child who was trying to protect his mother. Authorities are urging the suspect to turn himself in.
