Former Foreign Minister Roberto Álvarez received the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of Duarte, Sánchez and Mella, in recognition of his contributions to Dominican diplomacy. The ceremony, presided over by President Luis Abinader, highlighted the reforms he implemented to modernize the ministry and strengthen the diplomatic career. Álvarez expressed his gratitude for the support received during his term.
