Parents, teachers, and community leaders protested on Tuesday in front of the Rafaela Jiminián school in Santiago, denouncing the delays in reconstruction work that keep more than 800 students out of classrooms. The participants, chained and holding signs, called on the Ministry of Education to expedite the work. The current conditions prevent students from returning, and teachers find themselves conducting classes outdoors.
