Yeny Altagracia Rodríguez, 32 years old, was found dead in La Jagua Abajo, an isolated community in Jánico. The circumstances of her death remain unclear, although injuries have been reported. Two men, of Haitian nationality, were arrested by locals and handed over to the police. The victim's body has been transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy, the results of which are awaited to advance the investigation.
