The Dominican Republic and Colombia are strengthening their collaboration in the fight against organized crime by signing an agreement to create a Joint Investigation Team. This partnership, in accordance with the Palermo Convention, aims to improve information exchange and investigation methods. The authorities of both countries are committed to combating scourges such as human trafficking and migrant smuggling, relying on each other's expertise.
