A man has been sentenced to two years in prison for threatening his ex-partner with a weapon. Already under a prohibition of possession, several weapons were found at his home, including a pistol and a shotgun. The defendant justified his possession of weapons by a need for defense. The court nevertheless decided to keep him in detention and to prohibit him from carrying a weapon for 15 years.
