The latest report from IEDOM reveals a significant rise in business failures in the overseas territories, with nearly 30% in Guadeloupe and 18.5% in Martinique. In one year, more than 3,000 recovery and liquidation procedures have been recorded. All sectors are affected, particularly commerce and construction. In contrast, New Caledonia is observing a positive trend with a decrease in bankruptcy filings.
