A fire broke out Sunday afternoon in a house in Trois-Rivières, requiring the intervention of firefighters. An 82-year-old man was rescued from the flames before the arrival of emergency services and was taken care of in critical condition. Firefighters extinguished the fire, which had started in a bedroom upstairs. Debris removal and reconnaissance operations are underway at the scene.
