The Guadeloupe Region has decided to mobilize 5 million euros to support farmers in response to delays in the payment of European aid. This exceptional measure will allow beneficiaries of the FEADER to receive a repayable advance of 20% on their aid. The measure aims to improve the cash flow of farms while complying with current legal standards.
