The Guadeloupe Departmental Council presents a positive assessment of its Péyi Contract, launched in 2022. This initiative promotes collaboration between the Department and the municipalities, simplifying funding procedures. To date, 21 municipalities have signed pre-Contracts, allowing for the mobilization of a budget of 160 million euros for various projects. The initiative aims to strengthen local development and improve the management of territorial projects.
