The European Council of Agriculture Ministers has approved the reintegration of POSEI into the EU budget negotiations for 2028-2034. This decision ensures the continuity of an essential system for the agricultural sectors of the outermost regions, including Guadeloupe and Martinique. The ministers have thus confirmed the maintenance of aid in the face of challenges related to remoteness and transport costs.
