The RUCAP project house, scheduled for the end of the year, is part of a large urban renewal program in Cap Excellence. This project aims to restructure priority neighborhoods affected by difficult living conditions. Located in Vieux-Bourg, it will facilitate consultation between residents and institutions, while providing a space for meetings and support for the 15,000 residents concerned.
