The public prosecutor has requested acquittals for two of the three men involved in the 'Grands Frères' case during their appearance before the Court of Appeal in Basse-Terre. Jean-Luc Héron and Noël Daufour could be fully acquitted, while Didier Laurent would receive a partial acquittal. The lawyers argued that there was insufficient evidence to justify the charges. The decision will be rendered on October 20.
