The Guadeloupe gendarmerie has recently acquired a DT46 drone, an advanced technological tool to intensify its surveillance operations. This autonomous fixed-wing drone offers extended and adaptable surveillance capability, thus supporting ground units. It complements the existing resources in place to combat violence, trafficking, and the proliferation of weapons in sensitive areas.
