A man from Manchester has been charged with conspiracy to murder following the deaths of two men, suspected to be revenge for the murder of his daughter. Kumar Obrien, 37, allegedly conspired with others to eliminate the victims, who were killed in March. This crime is linked to the tragic death of his four-year-old daughter, shot dead a month earlier. Obrien is due to appear in court soon.
