A resident of Manchester has been arrested following a shooting that resulted in the deaths of two men. Cordel Blake, 36, faces multiple charges, including possession of a prohibited weapon and attempted murder. The incident occurred after police intercepted a suspicious vehicle. During an exchange of gunfire, two occupants were injured and later succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. Blake was also injured and is currently in custody.
