A 55-year-old man has been charged with murder and conspiracy in connection with the shooting death of a farmer in Rhooms Town, Manchester, in August. Oral Bailey was arrested on October 28 and formally charged the following day. The victim, Donald Anderson, was found dead in his home with gunshot wounds.
