The Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation has announced the appointment of Mr. Stephen Edwards as the new Chief Executive Officer of the National Works Agency, effective November 2, 2026. A trained civil engineer, he has extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects. Mr. Edwards previously led the National Road Operating and Constructing Company and contributed to various large-scale projects across the country.
