New survey to establish performance standards in the public sector

The Survey Organization, as part of the Employee Performance Management System, aims to assist the government in evaluating performance management systems within public entities. This questionnaire, explained by the Chief Director of Modernization, collects data on accountability and performance systems. The government seeks to establish minimum standards while allowing entities to adapt their systems. Data protection is also a priority in this process.
