The Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation has appointed Stephen Edwards as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Works Agency, effective November 2, 2026. An experienced civil engineer, he has led major infrastructure projects across the country. Edwards previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Road Operating and Constructing Company, where he oversaw the toll road network.
