A new intervention room dedicated to autism has been inaugurated at the Mico Child Assessment and Research in Education Centre in Kingston. This project, supported by the Jamaica Social Investment Fund and funded by the Caribbean Development Bank, aims to improve the learning environment for children with special educational needs. The Minister of Education emphasized the importance of early interventions to optimize children's outcomes.
