A two-day conference on food security and sovereignty has begun in Mammee Bay, Jamaica, bringing together specialists, policymakers, and farmers. Organized by the Office of Food Hygiene, this event aims to strengthen food systems in the face of climate challenges. More than 75 technical sessions are planned to explore sustainable solutions and establish strategic partnerships for local agriculture.
