The recent conference of the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council highlighted collaboration opportunities for Jamaica's development. Among the recommendations was the creation of a business and investment network aimed at strengthening ties between diaspora actors and Jamaican institutions. Other proposals include an agricultural partnership and a program for young leaders. A follow-up forum is planned to finalize these initiatives.
