The Cornwall Bar Association has expressed its support for the Ministry of Justice's plan to move the Westmoreland courts to a new site in Paradise. This change follows the damage caused by Hurricane Melissa in 2025. The association's president emphasized the importance of this new building to restore access to justice under adequate conditions. The new court is expected to open its doors by April 2027.
