Jamaica is establishing the Reconstruction and Resilience Oversight Committee (JAMRROC) to inform and engage the public in the post-hurricane reconstruction process. Chaired by Professor Peter Blair Henry, the committee will ensure transparency and efficiency in the projects managed by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NaRRA). Public consultations and a website will be developed to enhance communication and citizen trust.
