Alicia Herbert, the British High Commissioner in Jamaica, welcomed the establishment of a new free and simplified visa application process for lawyers and parties involved in cases before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London. This initiative aims to facilitate access to justice for Jamaicans and addresses long-standing concerns. Lawyers will now be able to indicate participants requiring a visa through a dedicated portal.
