The Municipality of Kingston and Saint Andrew has decided to ban all forms of outdoor advertising in four specific zones starting October 1st. These zones, referred to as 'sterile', aim to improve road safety and urban aesthetics. The affected intersections include Matilda’s Corner, Old Hope Road, Shortwood Road, and West King’s House Road. Permit applications for advertising signs will not be accepted in these areas.
