The Municipality of St. James has presented an operational budget of $2.86 billion for the financial year 2027/2028, aimed at funding various projects such as road repairs and public lighting. The mayor emphasized that this budget does not rely on increasing fees. In addition, an investment program of $1.086 billion has been proposed for various infrastructure and social development projects.
