St. Ann’s Bay Library will become the Marcus Garvey Museum, paying tribute to Jamaica's first national hero. The announcement was made by the Minister of Water, Environment and Climate Change during a debate in parliament. This project aims to promote education and the economic upliftment of the residents of the constituency, while celebrating Garvey's legacy, born in this region.
