Since April 25, a dozen boaters, including some French nationals, have been stuck at the marina in Tyrell Bay on the island of Carriacou. A fence, stemming from a long-standing land dispute, blocks access to the crane needed to launch the boats back into the water. Despite their efforts to seek help from local authorities and the French embassy, the situation remains unchanged.
