Firefighters conducted urgent rescue operations in the Central and Northern regions of Guadeloupe, following rising waters caused by a tropical wave. In Bouliki, 76 people were rescued after being trapped by the flooding of the Blanche River. Meanwhile, two other individuals were extracted in Nord-Plage, all emerging safe and sound.
