The prefect of Martinique has given his approval for the sale of shares in BBS, a company of the Campari group, to the company Les Bienheureux. This validation is, however, subject to a condition of land restitution. This announcement marks an important step in the transaction, specifying the requirements to be met to finalize the operation.
