Gilles Carbon-Jno Baptiste, a farmer from Dominica, was selected among 100 women for her role in rural development and her eco-friendly farming practices. She grows various products on her 3 hectares and is active in preserving local culture. In 2023, she was named Best Farmer. Her international recognition will culminate in her participation in a ceremony in Rome in 2026.
