Nine elected officials from New Caledonia are traveling to Paris from September 1 to 5 to seek significant financial assistance from the State for the years 2026 and 2027. This delegation, which includes representatives from the government and Parliament, aims to defend New Caledonia's position in the finance bill. The FLNKS, for its part, will not participate in this mission, denouncing a lack of preparation.
