The Guadeloupe Region has decided to release 5 million euros in the form of a repayable advance to support farmers facing delays in the payment of European aid. This measure, adopted during the last permanent commission, aims to address the concerns of Young Farmers, who are denouncing blockages in the processing of files. The aid mainly concerns investments and sustainable plantations.
