The demolition work of the Christophe Ramon gymnasium has begun in Saint-Benoît, after years of being unusable following Cyclone Garance. The work, which will last five weeks, aims to prepare for the construction of a modern sports complex. The town hall assures that disturbances will be limited for the students of the nearby school. The reconstruction, scheduled for the end of 2027, will include various sports facilities, with a total estimated cost of 9 million euros.
