Tropical wave n°38, formerly tropical storm Dolly, has lost its closed circulation and is heading towards the Lesser Antilles. Although weakened, it still has significant winds and could cause heavy rainfall in the coming hours. Weather conditions are expected to deteriorate, especially in the northeast quarter, and effects are anticipated in Guadeloupe, particularly on the Northern Islands.
