From September 2 to 4, the Mayotte delegation of CNFPT is organizing the second edition of its conference on human resources at the Town Hall of Bandraboua. This event, in collaboration with the HR network of local authorities and EPCI, aims to address the challenges related to management and the mental health of agents. Practical workshops will allow participants to work on concrete solutions to improve working conditions.
