The investigating chamber of the Court of Appeal of Basse-Terre has decided to ease the judicial supervision of Jordan Rizzi, a former host charged in a case of gang rapes. The magistrates ruled that there was no risk of flight abroad or pressure on the plaintiffs. However, the prohibition on approaching the homes of the three victims remains in effect.
