EPRDM has been mandated to oversee the construction of a nursery school and a daycare center in Mamoudzou, following a municipal council resolution. This project, voted on in April, aims to meet local educational needs after Cyclone Chido. The emergency law of 2025 allows the State to assist municipalities in such projects, thus facilitating the reconstruction of the territory.
