Teddy Riner will not participate in the Judo World Championships taking place in Baku in October. Still recovering from a shoulder injury, the judoka had already had to withdraw from other competitions recently. The federation emphasized that his priority now is to recover in order to return to form. At 37, Riner aims for the Los Angeles Olympic Games in two years as his ultimate goal.
