Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu visited the construction sites of the New National Urban Renewal Program in Kawéni, initiated by the City of Mamoudzou. This program, which aims to improve the living conditions of residents, includes the construction of schools and the eradication of substandard housing. Lecornu proposed solutions to accelerate the work, notably the standardization of constructions, during his visit to the Jack Passe gymnasium and the Magnélé Houmadi elementary school.
