The Silène Estate, an emblematic building in Pointe-Noire, has been selected among the 100 sites for the Heritage Lottery 2026. Built in the 20th century, this wooden colonial house is suffering from significant degradation. The municipality plans to restore it to make it a place for exhibitions and services, thereby enhancing the value of local heritage. The work is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
