Saint Lucia is one of four countries in the Eastern Caribbean that has access to specialized technical support to overcome the challenges of implementing climate-resilient infrastructure projects. The new RIISE initiative, funded by Canada and managed by UNOPS, aims to help governments finalize projects in various areas such as water, transportation, and health. Ministries can request this support to strengthen their local teams and improve project management.
