Two residents of Jacmel, Anse La Raye, have been charged in the case of the murder of Julius Charles, 47, who died last month after being shot. The police announced that Kurtney Eunude and Zidane James appeared in court and were placed in custody. Charles was found on June 23 with gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries on August 8, leading to murder charges against the two suspects.
