The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Philip J. Pierre, expressed his deep sadness following the recent passing of Gabriel Serville, former President of French Guiana. As CARICOM president, he praised Serville's commitment to the development of his territory and his efforts to strengthen ties between French Guiana and the Caribbean, particularly during French Guiana's accession to CARICOM.
