Chief Secretary Farley Augustine announced that the Tobago Assembly is exercising caution in response to a pre-action letter from the Jogie family's lawyers, following the death of Angelica Jogie, aged seven, in a jet ski accident in April. The THA has requested a one-month extension to prepare its response to this request for acknowledgment of liability. Meanwhile, measures to ban jet ski activities in certain areas are underway.
